More on Robert
Wurr....
Robert's father was the youngest
of many children born to Thomas and Sarah
Wurr a Shoemaker, living at Timber Hill
and St Stephens area of Norwich during the period
of his children's births. To
date I have not been able to find a marriage
record for them although it could be
that they were married elsewhere as I believe
Thomas (born abt 1790) was born at Newton, Norfolk,
which is near Castle Acre west of Swaffham and
Sarah (born about 1796) was born at Saxlingham
about 3 miles west of the market town of Holt,
Norfolk.

she was living in Dogget Lane, Coltishall. In
1861 she was living in Coltishall. She married

1871: Census

an account so cannot obtain this record but
it could confirm the information we have
Thomas Wurr - age 31 1840 - place, Norwich
Harriett Wurr - age 33 1838 - place,
Norwich
I think it would also
contain more children - A Thomas born 1866 and
Benjamin born 1869 and maybe others
