'Thomas Horne' - note 'died in hope Asylum' This is recorded in the 'List of Members' of the Mattishall Congregational Chapel. Which would account for his death being recorded in the Blofield district and would proberly mean that Thomas died as an inmate of the Little Plumstead Mental Deficiency Institution now known as Little Plumstead Hospital.

Note next to name Left with husband to attend the Primitives' (Mattishall Congregational Chapel records)
